Privacy

What this site collects, and what it does not.

This policy covers matrixflow.io, run by MatrixFlow LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. It is written in plain English on purpose. Last updated October 5, 2026.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form we receive your name, email address, company if you gave one, the topic you chose, and your message. The form sends that to our inbox at hello@matrixflow.io through Amazon Simple Email Service, and it stays in that mailbox so we can reply to you. We use it for nothing else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

To block automated spam, the server checks how quickly the form was submitted and how many messages have come from the same network address in the last ten minutes. That count is held in the server’s memory only and is not written to a database.

Please do not send patient information, medical records, or any other protected health information through the form. It is not built for that, and we do not want it there.

Analytics, only if you say yes

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get visited, and only after you choose Accept analytics in the banner at the bottom of the page. Until then the site makes no request to Google and sets no analytics cookies. If you accept, Google sets cookies that begin with _ga to tell one browser from another, and we see page views and button clicks. We never send names, email addresses, form contents, or anything you type to Google Analytics.

Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining after accepting tells Google Analytics to stop and removes the cookies it set.

Booking a call

After you send a message, the page offers a link to book a time on Calendly. That link takes you to Calendly’s site, and anything you enter there is covered by Calendly’s own privacy policy, not this one.

The demo pages

The workspace demo and the Chestnut Hill clinic demo use made up people, practices, and payers. There is no real patient or client information anywhere on this site.

Where the site runs

matrixflow.io runs on Amazon Web Services in the US East (N. Virginia) region. Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it only to deliver the service.

Your choices and your questions

You can use this site without accepting analytics. You can ask us to delete any message you have sent, and we will. Write to hello@matrixflow.io with privacy questions and a person will answer. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
