Veterinary

Building into veterinary care, carefully.

MatrixFlow is building into veterinary care through Ark, a private beta practice platform designed with practicing veterinarians, and through selective clinic technology projects where our workflow, automation, reporting, and secure systems experience is a strong fit.

Two ways we are building into veterinary

Selective clinic technology projects, and a product being built with veterinarians.

Selective clinic technology projects

MatrixFlow takes on focused clinic technology work where the scope is clear and our workflow, automation, reporting, and secure systems experience is a strong fit. We would rather scope one project well than take on a full practice rebuild.

  • Workflow mapping, staff handoffs, and administrative automation
  • Website, booking, intake, and client experience
  • Reporting, data, and integrations
  • Custom internal tools and secure infrastructure
  • Roles, accountability, and communication routines
  • Technology adoption and ongoing support

Ark, our veterinary practice platform

Private beta

Ark is being built with practicing veterinarians to make the day to day work of the clinic easier to run. It is in private beta and under active development, and not yet positioned as a full replacement for every clinic's current PIMS. Current focus areas include:

  • AI assisted transcription
  • SOAP documentation
  • Scheduling and client portal
  • Lab workflow foundations
  • Prescriptions and refills
  • Boarding and billing

Depth varies by area and continues to change as clinics use it. Lab work is workflow foundations, not a completed integration with a laboratory provider.

Dr. Carla Germano, our Lead Veterinary Advisor, brings practicing veterinarian workflow perspective to how Ark and our veterinary related work are designed. Frank Adamsky contributes organizational performance guidance, and MatrixFlow does the technical implementation.

Where clinics get stuck

The problems veterinarians tell us about.

These are the friction points that shape what we build. Depending on the clinic, the useful answer may be a better digital front door, a targeted workflow or reporting project, or a look at Ark. We start with how the practice actually works.

Too much staff time spent on calls, reminders, and follow up
Documentation that piles up after appointments
Manual refill, prescription, and laboratory follow up routing
Repetitive data entry across disconnected systems
Front desk handoff and checkout friction
Limited visibility into tasks, labs, and client communication

See it together

A concept demo of the client experience we can build.

Chestnut Hill is a fictional clinic we built to show how a modern website, online booking, client portal, and Ark workflow could fit together. It is a demo, not a live client.

Start a conversation

Tell us what your clinic is actually stuck on.

Whether you need a better website and client experience, help connecting existing systems or reporting, or want to hear where Ark is today, we can start with a focused conversation and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
